When you light a soy candle for the first time it remembers how far across the surface it melted. For best results and longest enjoyment of your soy candle let your candle surface completely liquefy before extinguishing it. This will result in a longer lasting soy candle without the occurrence of tunneling down the center. Remember, keep your wicks trimmed to 1/4 inch. Soy candles last longer than regular candles (up to 2 and a half times longer), are made from toxic free wax (most candles are made with toxic paraffin wax), soy candles are friendly for the environment, and best of all they smell divine! We can also personalize candle labels with a picture of your horse on the label, these candles make great gifts for family and friends who love their pets!! All of our candles are hand poured. Our candles are made with soy wax which is environmentally friendly and made from American-grown soy beans, it is a biodegradable renewable resource which supports the U.S. economy instead of foreign oil conglomerates. Soy candles last 50% longer than candles made of petroleum- based paraffin, the ingredient found in most candles. They also burn slower and cooler (helping to better distribute the fragrance), are non-toxic, less likely to trigger allergies, and produce very little soot. Our wicks are lead free! All candles are available in three sizes 25 ounce, 16 ounce and 4.5 ounce. Each candle is unique in that the wooden lid covers are “hand branded” by us here at the farm. There will never be two lids alike! The small candles come with a decorative metal cover with handle. The wooden covers are reusable.
